Synthex Technologies Talk to an engineer

Systems that already run.

Four AI products, built and maintained by Synthex, configured to your data instead of written from scratch. They run on your cloud or in your own racks, and they talk to the systems you already have. If none of them fits, we build the one that does — that work sits under Capabilities.

01

Conversational support

An assistant that reads your own help content, product manuals and ticket history, then answers customers in their language. It holds context across a conversation, so the third question does not start from nothing, and it hands off to a person the moment it is out of its depth rather than guessing.

  • Answers from your documentation, not from the open web
  • Keeps context across a full conversation and across channels
  • Escalates to a human agent with the transcript attached
  • Reports on what customers asked that it could not answer
You supply
Help centre content, product docs, historical tickets
Connects to
Your helpdesk, website, and messaging channels
Runs on
Your cloud tenancy or on-premise
Languages
Multi-language, set per channel
02

Inventory forecasting

Demand prediction across sites and SKUs, with replenishment proposed automatically and stock positions visible as they move. Buyers order against a forecast that updates daily instead of a spreadsheet exported last month — and the system shows why it expects what it expects, so a planner can overrule it.

  • Forecasts demand per SKU, per site, on your own sales history
  • Proposes replenishment orders for a planner to approve
  • Tracks stock positions and flags shortfalls before they bite
  • Shows the drivers behind each forecast, not just the number
You supply
Sales history, stock movements, supplier lead times
Connects to
ERP and warehouse management systems
Runs on
Your cloud tenancy or on-premise
Control
Planner approves before any order is placed
03

Algorithmic trading

Model-driven strategy execution with live market analysis and risk limits enforced before an order leaves the desk. Strategies are backtested against your own historical data, and every decision the system takes is written to an audit trail your compliance team can read.

  • Runs machine-learning strategies against live market data
  • Enforces position, exposure and drawdown limits pre-trade
  • Backtests strategies before they touch a live account
  • Writes a full, timestamped audit trail of every decision
You supply
Market data feed, broker connectivity, risk mandate
Connects to
Execution venues and your order management system
Runs on
Your cloud tenancy, or co-located for latency
Control
Hard limits and a kill switch, held by your desk
04

Clinic management

Scheduling, electronic health records and telemedicine in one system, with diagnostic support that flags what a clinician should look at rather than deciding for them. Clinical judgement stays with the clinician; the system's job is to make sure nothing gets missed in the queue.

  • Patient scheduling with reminders and no-show tracking
  • Electronic health records with role-based access
  • Telemedicine consultations recorded against the patient file
  • Flags findings for clinician review, with the reasoning shown
You supply
Existing patient records, clinician roster, consent policy
Connects to
Lab, imaging and billing systems
Runs on
Your cloud tenancy or on-premise, data resident in-country
Control
Diagnostic output is advisory; the clinician decides

The same platform underneath all four

Your data stays in your tenancy. What we deploy is the layer between your systems and the people using them.

Deployment architecture Your existing systems feed a Synthex platform layer made up of connectors, a data pipeline, models and orchestration. That layer serves your web, mobile and internal interfaces. Everything runs inside your own tenancy. Boundary of your own cloud tenancy or data centre — data does not leave it. Your systems ERP, helpdesk, EHR systems of record Market and sensor feeds live inputs Documents and history training material Synthex platform layer Connectors and APIs Data pipeline Models and evaluation Orchestration and audit log Where people use it Customer channels web, chat, mobile Staff consoles planners, agents, clinicians Your existing apps through the API
Every system on this page is the same platform with a different model set and interface. That is why a second deployment costs a fraction of the first.

How an evaluation runs

Four stages, in order. You can stop after any of them, and you keep whatever has been built up to that point.

  1. Stage 1

    Scoping call

An engineer walks through the problem with your team and says plainly whether one of these four systems fits or whether it is custom work.

  2. Stage 2

    Data fit check

We look at a sample of your actual data and report what the system can do with it — including where it is too sparse or too messy to help.

  3. Stage 3

    Pilot on your data

A working deployment in your tenancy against a limited scope, measured on criteria you set before it starts.

  4. Stage 4

    Production rollout

Full integration, staff handover and a support arrangement, or a clean exit with the pilot artefacts handed to you.

Bring us your data, not a wishlist.

The fastest way to know whether any of this helps is stage two. Send a description of the problem and what your data looks like, and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough to work with.
